2 Events offered:
Singles and Doubles Squad times: 9:30 am & 1:30 pm daily
All entries are entered into both handicap and scratch events

There will Be two divisions: (1) 8th grade and under & (2) 9th grade to 18. Then further divided within each to comprise of boys and girls separately. ***USBC Youth membership is available to anyone having not reached their 18th birthday prior to August 1st of the current bowling season and has maintained compliance with USBC Youth Rule 400***

There will be two events: Doubles and Singles. All entries will be entered into both handicap and scratch. Two Shifts will be available: (9:30 A.M or 1:30 P.M) Any event can be bowled at any shift of choice.

Format: 8th grade and under: Doubles: 6 baker games; Singles: 3 games. 9th grade to age 18: Doubles: 8 baker games; Singles 4 games. Bowlers may enter each event twice; for doubles, you must change partners.

Oil pattern for these events will be a Modified House pattern

Entry fees:
8th grade and under – $25 per event /per player($9 lineage; $12 scholarship; $4 admin)
9th grade to age 18 – $35 per event/per player ($12 lineage; $19 scholarship; $4 admin)

Results:

This league is organized and run by the Greater Cincinnati USBC.  It is open to all Greater Cincinnati Youth bowlers.

General Information: 

• 4 bowlers per team (6 max on roster)
• The start time is 10 am for all travel league dates. Practice at 9:50 am

Important Information:

1. Cost is $20.00 per week per bowler. 4-person teams ($10 lineage; $10 scholarship), Bowl 3 games
2. Handicap will be established in the first week. 70% of 200
3. This league is open to any bowler from 5th grade through 12th grade
4. This is a USBC-certified league. Bowlers must purchase a $4.00 certification card if they don’t already have one for the 2024-2025 season. This includes subs.
   ( USBC Youth membership is available to individuals who have not reached their 18th
   birthday before August 1 of the current bowling season)
5. All bowlers who bowl at least half the season will receive SMART Scholarship money.
6. Absent bowlers who do not use a substitute will use their average minus 10 pins. Teams with a vacant spot on their roster will use a 120 blind for each vacant spot.
7. Scholarship payout will be distributed all league bowlers that bowl a minimum of 14 games (50% of the season). Substitute bowlers do not qualify for scholarships regardless how many times they bowl because they are only responsible for payment of the $10 league lineage fees when they bowl and are not contributing to the scholarship fund. USBC SMART account for scholarship distribution is# 12373.
8. You can have up to 6 people on a roster. Only 4 may play per day. A legal lineup is 2 roster bowlers.
9. Any bowler that has reached the age of 18 years old since August 1, 2024, MUST complete SafeSport training on bowl.com (https://bowlcom/safesport) before participating in the league and must provide a printed copy of the certificate of completion to the league coordinator for GCUSBC records.

**Year-end party includes award ceremony, bowling, pizza and soft drinks for league bowlers. Family members can join in bowling, pizza, and drinks for $12.00 per person
